Article

The article consists of several sections according to article type but must contain Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References. But the author may combine the results and discussion. The main article must be written using a font size of 12.

1. Introduction

The background gives information that is useful for introducing your research. This background information must make clear to the reader why you are asking your research question and avoid a detailed literature review. This part also consists of the research question/the aim of the study or the objective of the work. State the problem either as a question or as a hypothesis. A citation in the text must be written using the style of the journal, for example:

At the end of the sentence:  ……(Sugiman et al., 2019; Mirmanto et al., 2018)

At the beginning:  According to Sugiman et al. (2019)…..

                              Sugiman et al. (2019) indicated that….

2. Methods

Describe the methods applied in your research or study. Describe the approach or the study design, including both independent and dependent variables and use of statistics. If the method has been published, write the source as a citation. The equation must be written as, for example Eq. (1) and numbered sequentially in the bracket.

                                                                                                                            Q.A = k.dT/dx                                                                                (1)

3. Results

Describe the results obtained based on the research or study question and the methods applied. Write the result clearly and concise. You may perform the result as a table or figure.

3.1.  Table presentation

An article is allowed to have a maximum of 5 pieces of table. The table caption is written on the edges and placed above the table. The table number to be mentioned in sequence according to the appearance on the text.

3.2.  Figure presentation

The term figure refers to graphs, charts, maps, sketches, diagrams and other images. The figure caption is placed underneath the figure. The figure is numbered according to the appearance in the text and cited, for example, as Figure 1. Please give the figure in high quality (300 dpi).

4. Discussions

This should be an interpretation or exploration of the results rather than a repetition of the results section.  Cite only the important references to your research, state some conditions that could have influenced your data. Keep it as short and concise as possible. It is also important to state the implication or relevance of your research or study to other researches.

5. Conclusions

Give a clear summary of the outcome of the research or study question. Make sure you answer the research questions.
